My wife and I stayed for a week at a cabin on the "Rue du Coin du Bois". Near the forest was a large car park with a clear view of the southern horizon simply perfect for astronomy. When the moon set, it was so dark that I mistook NGC 3077 for M81! Coincidently, the car park turns out to be a popular gathering place for Dutch and Belgium amateur astronomers.
